medjob.pl terms of service

medjob.pl publishes healthcare job offers and provides tools for managing a candidate profile or a facility profile. Creating an account and using the service means accepting these terms.

Service — the medjob.pl platform at medjob.pl. Provider — the operator of the service. User — anyone using the service. Candidate — a user looking for healthcare work. Employer — a medical or other entity publishing offers. Account — an individual user panel. Offer — a job advertisement published by an employer.

You need a device with internet access, a current browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and a working email address. Supplying unlawful content or interfering with the operation of the service is prohibited.

An account is created with an email address and a password and has either the candidate or the employer role. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the data you provide. You can delete your account at any time in settings.

A candidate may publish their own data only. Applying to an offer shares contact details, experience, education and the uploaded CV with that employer. Profiles are not public.

An employer may add facilities and offers only on behalf of the entity they represent. Facility data is verified against the RPWDL registry using the tax number. Candidate data may be used solely to run recruitment for the given offer.

Misleading, discriminatory or unlawful offers, and offers unrelated to healthcare, are not allowed. Such content is removed and the account may be blocked.

medjob.pl provides a matching tool and is neither an employer nor a party to any recruitment process. We are not liable for the content of offers, hiring decisions or employment terms agreed between the parties.

Complaints about the service can be sent to kontakt@medjob.pl with the account email and a description of the problem. We reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

A consumer, and a sole trader for whom the agreement is not of a professional nature, may withdraw from the electronic services agreement within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason, by writing to kontakt@medjob.pl. Deleting the account in settings also terminates the agreement.

You may delete your account at any time in settings. We may suspend or delete an account if the user breaches these terms or the law, provides false data, or uses candidate data for purposes other than recruitment. We notify the user by email with reasons.

The service, its software, trademarks and offer database are legally protected. By publishing content (an offer, profile description, logo) you confirm you hold the rights to it and grant us a free licence to display it in the service and in materials promoting the offer for the duration of its publication.

We announce changes in advance on the site or by email. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect means accepting them.

Polish law applies. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the European Commission ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) and local consumer ombudsmen. Disputes with non-consumers are settled by the court competent for the provider's seat.
