Wojciech Kluk
Co-founder of Positive Recruitment Med — Poland’s only recruitment agency dedicated exclusively to healthcare. He built a team that has matched more than 400 specialists with hospitals and clinics in Poland and eight EU countries, with 92% retention after one year. At medjob.pl, he is doing the same thing — only for the entire market at once.

Innocenta Dźwierzyńska
After being diagnosed with a rare brain tumour, she consulted nine hospitals before finding a team prepared to operate without risking facial paralysis — a procedure performed by only 17 of Poland’s 71 neurosurgery departments. She turned that experience into Mednavi, a navigation service for oncology patients, and later Inamedu — digital education and cybersecurity for medical professionals. Previously, she developed e-health solutions at Asseco Poland.

Dariusz Pobożniak
A Software Engineer with more than 18 years of experience building products used at global scale. At GlossGenius, DAZN and Perform Media, he worked closely with product teams, designers and business stakeholders, combining pragmatic architectural decisions with a focus on accessibility and security. His ideas have shaped product direction — from accessibility audits to reducing security vulnerabilities by 98%.
